I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me in the course of purchasing and or registering for tickets sold by DAC-FRA. Should you wish your data to be removed you must request so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period. Requests can be emailed to info@dac-fra.com.

After a successful purchase transaction has been completed, order ID is delivered as an electronic soft-copy via email to the email address noted at the sellers fill-out form by the purchaser.

For issuing the tickets it is necessary to complete required information in the fill-out form – such as attendee name – before the tickets can be issued. A printed hard-copy ticket or an electronic soft-copy ticket can be used to register at the DAC-FRA event.


DAC-FRA will not sell your any personal information to any third party without your permission. I hereby agree for DAC-FRA to store the data collected when purchasing tickets or creating an account for submitting works for judging as a profile for internal purposes.

When personal information is provided through the DAC-FRA website or directly to us by e-mail you give consent to DAC-FRA for: processing and administering your personal data to perform all necessary actions to give effect to your request or instructions, retaining a record of incoming and outgoing communications (e.g. email) to process your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Statement. We may also use your personal preferences related to the festival and information that you share with us with your consent via third parties such as Facebook correspondence, testimonials, photos, blogs, writings, customer satisfaction surveys or customer service communications that you may send us.

If DAC-FRA holds incorrect information about you which was originally submitted by you, you have the right to have the data corrected. DAC-FRA reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any moment. These adjustements will not be performed retroactively on already purchased tickets. This means that you waive the right to be reimbursed the difference should ticket prices decrease, but we also don't have to right to surcharge already bought tickets should we increase prices.


In the unfortunate event of cancellation of any part of the educational program or event the liability of DAC-FRA is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.

DAC-FRA is unable to accept any liability to replace any tickets lost, stolen, damaged or used after they have been received. It is the purchasers responsibility to keep the tickets and info private.


DAC-FRA reserves the rights to discount tickets in any way, shape or form with or without specific restrictions like geography, age or career, ...Misrepresenting information on your registration in order to receive a discount not available to your specific status gives us the right to cancel or in worst case refuse admission to the event.


The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.


Use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is possible with authorisation. For authorisation contact us via info@dac-fra.com. Ticket holders consent to video filming, photography and sound recording as attendees. The attendees has no rights to these images, and agrees to the free use of these images and recordings by DAC-FRA or any authorised third parties in any reasonable manner without claim. You consent to film and sound recording as attendees at any part of educational program and/or event during the event.


DAC-FRA and its subsidiaries will not be liable for any personal property. DAC-FRA and its subsidiaries will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property howsoever caused (save for death or personal injury as a result of DAC-FRAS negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.)


DAC-FRA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of a educational program or event. DAC-FRA will not be liable at all in the circumstances that an event is canceled, rescheduled or postponed due to a coincidental event, unpredictable circumstances things to which we can not influence (or couldn’t at the time of happening). Please note that guest speakers and educational program topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may demand substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the guest lecturers and/or educational program topics. DAC-FRA reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised lecturers and/or educational program topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any changes or alterations will be announced on our website as soon as possible.
